The role
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
You'll be part of a small, consistent team caring for a handful of residents — not a hallway of strangers. Every shift matters, and every resident knows your name.
What you'll do
- Provide personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
- Assist residents with meals and medication reminders per care plan.
- Monitor and document vital signs, mood, and daily activity.
- Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Communicate clearly with families and the care team.
- Respond calmly and professionally to changes in condition.
What we're looking for
- Active Georgia CNA certification in good standing.
- Current CPR / First Aid certification (or willing to obtain).
- Clear background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to Stockbridge, GA.
- Compassion, patience, and a team-first attitude.
- Experience with elderly or memory-care residents is a plus.
